Roman Artichokes
I got my artichokes from Diamond Organics.com - excellent quality and service. After I trimmed them, mine didn't look as pretty as the one on the picture and were very small, but they were a total hit at the Derby Party. Will definitely make them again. I ordered 3 lbs - approx 50 baby artichokes.
