		<description>Hi there.  Tried this recipe this afternoon and it was a great success. I didn&#039;t have parsley, so I added a touch of basil with quite delicious results.  Added slaw and garlic cheese biscuits and it was better than Red Lobster and about $80 cheaper, not to mention no dressing &amp; driving required.  Thanks!!</description>
