Oh, homemade teryiaki sauce would be great!!! The peanut butter has plenty of sugar in it so you won't miss the sweetness of bottled teryiaki. Good luck, hope you enjoy :)

Hey, I am wondering if there is an alternative to peanut sauce as the bottom flavor of the pizza........I hate bottled teryiaki for the most part. And as far as peanut satay goes.....I enjoy it in an entourage of appetizers at the table but not as the solo flavor for dinner......do you think my own teryiaki sauce will do.....a watered down verssssssion of garlic, fresh ginger, water and a wee bit of oil with peper and soy sauce will do...added to a bit of peanut butter?

I cant find the ol' nick-n-willys chicken thai pizza........i dont even think they make it anymore.....and I sure dont remember any peanut satay sauce as the bottom....if i was sure i would go for it.

have you come across any other sauce options of thai chicken pizza?

Thanks ....
