Boston’s South End meets the North End in this lovely creamy cocktail that simply combines Bailey’s Irish Cream with a heavenly coconut sorbetto. It’s what I’m serving the adults for dessert this St. Patrick’s Day!
This Ciao Bella sorbetto is superb. Creamy but light, full of true coconut flavor and not too sweet.
Ingredients for Irish-Italian Dessert Cocktail Recipe:

2/3 cup Coconut Sorbetto

2 ounces Irish Cream liqueur

Finely chopped sweetened coconut (garnish)
Directions

Soften the Ciao Bella coconut sorbetto for about 15 minutes at room temperature.

Place coconut sorbetto to a cocktail shaker, add the Irish Cream liqueur and shake, shake, shake.

Garnish with finely chopped sweetened coconut.

Okay, so I am totally hooked..I try to avoid caloric after dinner drinks, but I simply cannot resist this one…Yumsville to the MAX!
