A not-all-bad for you sweet that has the taste of a favorite childhood sandwich with the aroma of a special campfire treat – s’mores. Surrounded by the chewy and sweet Medjool date, peanut butter and marshmallow fluff never had such a special setting. Quick and easy, with just a few steps – enjoy what has been a seasonal treat in my family as long as I can remember.

Medjool dates have long been prized as the ultimate date. They are available year-round now, but especially sought after and found during the holiday seasons.
One initial simple step is required to preparing this ‘date to remember” for stuffing:

How to pit a medjool date: A single pit exists in the middle, but with one swift slice of a paring knife and a gentle prod apart, the pit is easily removed.

Ingredients for Fluffanutter Stuffed Medjool Dates Recipe:
-
Medjool dates, pitted
-
Creamy peanut butter
-
Marchmallow fluff
The stuffing consists solely of equal amounts of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff and a couple tablespoons of each will stuff a lot of dates! Just stir together with a spoon. I like to use a ziploc bag to put the fluffanutter in, and after snipping the very end off of one corner, just squeeze it into the middle of the dates.

Although terrific just like that, putting them under the broiler for a few minutes will caramalize them slightly and bring out the s’mores scent. An extra step that is worth every scent and taste it creates!
