I was packing my knives to go and head up an event at the Ipswich Country Club this week, wishing I had taken the time to make and print some food blog cards to hand to the guests – when, who could imagine? They came to my door! There, with a drop from the postwoman, was an envelope from FoodBuzz. Inside was a little box with beautiful Timeless Gourmet foodblog business cards. I couldn’t believe it and the timing could not have been more perfect! Also inside was a thoughtful letter from Ryan, a hard-copy of the recent Nielsen Rating agreement, as well as a copy of my contract as a Featured Publisher with FoodBuzz. Unexpected and like a special Christmas present.

I mean – who runs their business, especially an online business, as well as FoodBuzz?
From the very recent change to the front page – excellent by the way – back to my first e-mail plea for help in August when I had made a terrible picture gaff, the FoodBuzz team has been there for me and my blog. I don’t forget the immediate reply from Dorian about how to fix my mistake, or Amy’s timely and informative instructions on the Featured Publisher paperwork. Or Ryan’s care and concern when I had to switch from Blogger to WordPress. Real people who I mention in conversation at the dinner table – and by now they are household names – that are creating one of the, if not THE , finest social networks on the web.
It is a joy for me to see a team striving and succeeding with their commitment to quality and the people who are contributing to and enjoying the fruits of their labor. I see FoodBuzz making so many great choices, even to the smallest details, that I have to predict great things for their future, as well as ours. Thank you Food Buzz, for setting and maintaining an example that I have no doubt will lead to phenomenal future success. I take examples of your business model into my own, admire what you are doing and everyday I read praise for you from a blogger who’s heart you have touched. Always you are looking to make things better – and you do. Three cheers to you, and with the New Year, may you all be happy.
Thank You,
Sue
